1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through www.stonewhistle.com and the connected Stonewhistle checkout.
2. Products
Stonewhistle instruments are handcrafted ceramic instruments. Because each instrument is made by hand, small variations in appearance, finish, sound and dimensions may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of the product.
Custom orders or instruments made to specific customer requirements may have additional lead times or costs. The expected waiting time for handmade products is mentioned on the website or communicated during the order process.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR or in the currency selected during checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address. The price shown at the time of ordering is the price that applies to your order.
4. Orders and payment
Orders can be placed through the website. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment or order completion.
5. Shipping and delivery
Most handmade instruments have a waiting time of approximately 3-5 months. Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the handmade nature of the instruments and international shipping conditions.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address changes before shipment. If an item arrives damaged, please contact info@stonewhistle.com within 48 hours and include clear photos of the packaging and product. Please keep the original packaging if a return is required.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, unless a legal exception applies. Custom-made or personalised instruments made to the customer’s specifications may be excluded from this right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item or sufficient proof of return shipment.

7. Warranty and statutory rights
Stonewhistle offers a 6-month craftsmanship warranty against defects in workmanship. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. This commercial warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. Liability
Stonewhistle BV is not liable for indirect damages. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability is limited as far as permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
