Right of withdrawal
If you want to withdraw from an order, you can use the official withdrawal form here:
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, physically receive the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made or personalised instruments that are made according to your specific choices or requirements, unless the product is defective.

Returns
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition. Please pack the instrument carefully and keep the original packaging if possible.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item or sufficient proof that the item has been sent back.
